Who we are

Solidstudio sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Krakow, Poland, operates the FolioCharge website at foliocharge.com. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Your name
• Email address
• Hotel or company name (optional)
• Message content

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website.

How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide information about our EV charging services
• Follow up on your request if you have expressed interest

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, our interest in responding to business enquiries submitted through our website. Where you become a customer, we may also process data for contractual performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Third-party services

Your contact form submission is delivered to us via:

• Vercel (hosting and serverless functions) — based in the USA, with Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers. Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Resend (email delivery) — used to deliver your form submission to our team. Resend Privacy Policy.

These services process your data only to deliver the form submission to us and do not use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We retain your contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter. If we enter into a business relationship, relevant data is retained for the duration of that relationship plus any legally required retention period.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO; in the UK: ICO)

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the EEA/UK by our service providers (Vercel, Resend). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK ICO.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Contact form submissions are delivered via encrypted email. We do not store form submissions in any database beyond our email inbox.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
